Release Notes for MUCM Siemens Marquee Application

20Sep2007 - Removed Ayerst from the Normal message. 
            Added new MUCM file data for QLOAD to display.
	    Added 500ms, 1000ms, and 2000ms error light 3. 
	    Now accepts messages that are not terminated by 0d 0a.

19Sep2007 - Added second on receive with \0d\0a.

09Mar2005 - Fixed a lockup when removing an alarm that was not in the list.

20Dec2004 - Added a space between MSG.xxxxxx and message text.
             Added clear message.

16Dec2004 - Erase table on program start.
            Changed timers to delay.  Delay after each transmit to marquee.
	    Speed up the receives on the RS-232 port. SAH
	    Add writelock protection.
