28Dec04 - Changed the name of PLOGIC function to PLOGIC_MASTER.

01Mar04 - Fixed port 2 ENRON write reply so original starting register is returned.
          Fixed RTU slave port 1 and 2 write starting register check so modulo 2 = 0 errors.

06Feb04 - Added check for default IP 10.10.10.10.
          Fixed limit of Enron reads > 7501.

22Dec03 - Added offset adjustment of 0 or 1 to ENRON mode ports.

17Dec03 - Added support for Modbus/TCP port 502 index 255.
          Added timeout -2 on socket closes.

16Feb01 - Added independent timeouts for both serial ports.
	  Changed the Modbus RTU Slave mode to allow for multidrop,
	  multiple protocol support.  A RTU Slave mode port may now
	  be placed on a multidrop network running PLOGIC/PNIM/RTU
	  protocols and only pass RTU messages out the other serial
	  port.
	   
	  The QUCM must have QUCMTCPL.FWL firmware rev 15Feb2001 or
	  later.
