24Jan2007 - Ported from QUCM application to allow ECMP genset.  Modify RTUslaveAddress to 
            another number and compile if a slave address other than 9 is needed for Modbus RTU.
	    Modbus RTU port 2 is 9600,N,8,1.
	    CCM port 1 is 9600,n,8,1.
