28Dec04 - Changed the name of PLOGIC function to PLOGIC_MASTER.

05Mar03 - Complete rewrite.  Moved web server to app2.  qload both app1
          and app2.  Firmware 23Oct2002 or later required.

09Jan02 - Recompiled for the 03Jan2002 firmware.  This or newer firmware must
          be installed.

09Jul99 - First release.  Supports two networks of 20 relays, 5 concurrent
	  Modbus/TCP connections on TCP port 502, 1 web server.
