Your older EPE5-D or EPE5-A may be a candidate for upgrade to an EPE5-TCP-D or EPE5-TCP-A.

If your serial number is in the ranges below then the hardware may be upgraded.

• EPE5-D S/N 70266 or greater
• EPE5-A S/N 140011 or greater

The upgrade charge is shown below and usually takes a couple of days.

If your EPE5's serial number is too old it may still be traded in for a $200 credit on a new EPE5-TCP.
