  QUCM INCOM

The following are applications written for the QUCM module by Niobrara engineers. The Application Manuals are available as Adobe Acrobat documents and are included in the self-extracting EXE files along with the applications. To utilize an application, download and open the EXE file, then refer to the Application manual for loading instructions.

Cutler-Hammer INCOM devices are integrated into a POWERLOGIC network using this application. C-H meters have their data values stored in CM2000 registers while Digitrips and other breakers have their data stored as Square D Digitrip 810s. Standard SMS tables may be used to show the C-H data. Normal connection to the data is via Modbus/TCP Ethernet. The second QUCM serial port may also be configured for Modbus RTU Slave operation to allow a serial Modbus master to access the data.

The C-H meters are networked together through standard INCOM networks with PONIs at each meter. One or more MINT II units may be used to connect the INCOM network to the QUCM's RS-232 serial ports. The application also supports EPONI and EMINT interfaces for direct Ethernet connections.

Configuration of the QUCM is through web pages with the setup stored into FLASH. The QUCM web server can display device status as well as the metered data. Statistical data for the QUCM and attached meters is also provided.

Check the Release Notes for the latest update information.

NOTE: These self-extracting zips include the QUCM files and the manuals.

QUCM_SETUP.EXE should be installed first to ensure QLOAD and QCOMPILE are properly installed.

The QUCM-SE has smaller memory resources than the QUCM-OE or QUCM-LE. The QUCM-SE is limited to 53 C-H devices while the other QUCMs will support 150 devices. The QUCM-SE version is now static and new features will not be added.
